Senator Ita-Giwa Plans Over N100 Million Wedding For Her Daughter
Senator Florence Ita-Giwa’s daughter is about to tie the knot with her beau, and her billionaire mom is plotting an exotic wedding budgeting over N100 million for the Calabar and Lagos wedding fiesta, sources claim;
The Mma Bakassi according to sources, is sparing no cost to give her daughter, Koko, a talk of the town wedding – The traditional wedding is slated for Saturday, September 13, 2014, while the white wedding will hold on Saturday, September 20.
Did I mention that the invitation card encased in a luxury pack is already out and those who got one said it contains the aso ebi (for women), pink tie and pocket square for men who wish to dress formally and for those wish to dress in native then there’s a cap. Whew!
In all, the Senator is spending about N100,000 per guest collecting the aso ebi – for hotel accommodation, transportation, gift items, food, drinks and logistics for her over 1,000 high profile guests who would fly in from every part of the world.
